Indulge without overindulging.

Relax. You won’t gain 10 pounds. It’s a misconception that you’ll need to go up a pant size in January. That’s no excuse to eat with recklessly, though. (After all, gaining one pound every year can add up in the long run.) So if you lose control with cake, pies and a plate of round 2, don’t think, well that went out the window. Keep calm and wash it down with some rum popo [eggnog for the foreigners :)]
